Rossini has lovely interiors—spacious, well-designed, and with an ambience that’s really on point. The service was warm and attentive, and we felt well-assisted throughout our visit. As for the food, it was okay overall. I think I’ll need to come back to try more of their dishes to get the full experience. We ordered: • Cucumber with Dalandan (₱200) • Peachy Sunrise (₱180) • Rossini Tiramisu (₱450) • Pomodoro Beef Baked Rice (₱450) • Spaghetti with Clams (₱500) • Fall Salad (₱450) • Prosciutto Pesto Flat Bread Sandwich (₱580) Looking forward to visiting again and exploring more from their menu!

Another Italian resto located inside the S'Maison of Conrad. As usual, I'm a fan of their Angel Hair Pasta Aglio Oglio and the best dish that I had in this resto are there skewers!

Of all we ordered, the one I like most is their Prosciutto E Rucola. I feel their flagship dish is their pizzas. though i have one tip: TIP: Upon serving the ordered dishes, it's better to consume them right away because they easily get cold because of the high air-conditioned room. We asked for a reheat of some dishes like twice, and their customer service didn't fail us. So I'll give them a high rating.

The ‘Mixed Cheese and Salami Sampler’ offered a delightful array of textures and flavors, while the ‘Gnocchi Sampler’ was pure comfort on a plate. The ‘Prosciutto Pesto Flatbread Sandwich’ and ‘Rossini Pizza’ were perfect examples of how Rossini elevates the familiar into something extraordinary. The ‘Steak with Salsa Rosso’ was cooked to perfection, offering a juicy and flavorful bite that was both satisfying and indulgent. But it was the ‘Seafood Aligue Pasta’ that stole the show — an unexpected yet delicious fusion of Italian and Filipino flavors. And let's not forget the ‘Mango Cannoli’, a refreshing twist on a traditional dessert that ended our meal on a sweet note. This restaurant delivered such a lovely dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious — rich in flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients . Every bite felt authentic and comforting . The staff were kind, funny, friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure everything was served smoothly and were happy to answer any questions or recommend dishes. The cozy and elegant atmosphere made the whole mean even more enjoyable . Perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed yet elevated Italian dining experience.
